We had a fantastic and relaxed time the Portland trial. The club put on a fab feed on Saturday night at the grounds. A spit roast with beef lamb pork and veg. After stuffing our faces with that they then surprised us with desserts of all kinds yummy yum yum. It was great to see all our Aussie friends and non Aussie friends again and watching them run their dogs. Also well done to Nicole for winning best Portland competitor. I was happy with my girls over the weekend. Summer gained two more masters agility passes both 2nd place and an open jumping pass. Skye no passes but some good runs and a couple of not so good runs lol. Thanks to everyone for making us welcome and we look forward to coming back next year. Was a lot of fun ))

Summer is our first home bred Aust Champion and so far we have had such a great time with her. We are just delighted with this girl. She is smart, gorgeous, lovable and a cuddly smooch. Summer gained her Aust Ch title while in junior and has since started her agility career. She is doing very well in all she attempts showing, agility, jumping, obedience and herding. We are having a ball with her and are looking forward to a promising future.. Summer has also just had her first litter and we are very excited to see how they grow.

Gossip is a very sweet girl who has made her home with Lynda, David, Tyler and Jessie (border x).

Vegas was our pick puppy from our first litter breed here at Elzscot. He unfortunately had a bad start to life as a young eight and a half week old pup by breaking his back in a freak accident. There were lots of tears and months of rehabilitation to get back on the road to recovery. He is now a fit and healthy boy with loads of energy and plenty personality. We adore him and he has a very special place in our hearts.

Skye is our very first show dog and wow what an impact she has made on our lives. Skye is aptly nicknamed the fizz kid and well and truly lives up to her name, she is continuously surprising us with her antics and always animated in the show ring. She is known to our friends that show as the one with the waggly tail. She has only been shown sparingly due to work commitments so took a while to get her title but had some great BOB wins along the way. Skye is having a wonderful time in the agility and jumping ring. She has shown great herding instincts and i look forward to fun with this also. Skye has also blessed us with two fantastic litters including our beautiful boy Vegas who has totally won Mick’s heart and Summer who is just a joy to own. Thanks to Pauleen and Ron from Hevnsent Kennels for allowing us to have this gorgeous girl and thanks to my friends Ana, Ben and Nikki for all their encouragement and support.
